Dressing
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
Salad

Zucchini, diced
1 cup
Yellow squash, diced
1 cup
Grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup
Cooked green beans, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 ear
Yellow corn, shucked and kernels cut off the cob

Avocado, pitted and diced
1/2 cup
Walnuts, toasted
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Herbed ranch dressing, to taste
Salad
- In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients, except dressing, until thoroughly combined.
- Add dressing a little at a time until it reaches the consistency you desire, and toss to completely coat all ingredients.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Can be served as is and also over a bed of lettuce.
