smoked paprika
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/4 teaspoon
salt

black pepper

thyme
1/2 teaspoon
parsley

small red potatoes, cut in half

fresh green beans
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, combine all seasonings and mix well: paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
- Pat the chicken thighs with paper towel and then place into a large bowl.
- Add the green beans, red potatoes, olive oil, and seasonings to the bowl.
- Using your hands mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes and green beans in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Place a baking rack over the tray and place the chicken thighs on the baking rack, leaving at least 1 inch in between each chicken thigh so they don’t sweat on each other.
- Place in the oven and bake for 45 to 48 minutes or until the internal temperature of your chicken is 165°F.
- Add the chicken into the tray with the potatoes and green beans and brush some of the juices onto the chicken and potatoes.
