Chicken Ranch Bacon Burgers
1 lb
Springer Mountain Farms Ground Chicken
1 package
Dry ranch dressing mix
1
Egg, whisked
2/3 cup
Panko bread crumbs
1/2
Small onion, finely diced
8 slices
Bacon, cooked
4 slices
Of your favorite cheese (colby jack or pepper jack pair well with all of these flavors)

Burger buns
Burger toppings: pickles, sliced tomatoes, lettuce leaves & avocado aioli (see recipe below) or other favorite condiments

Avocados, pitted and peeled
1 clove
Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup
Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper

juiced lime,
- Heat grill, grill pan or electric griddle to medium high heat.
- To make burger patties, combine ground chicken, mix from ranch dressing packet, whisked egg, bread crumbs, onion & bread crumbs in a large bowl and mix until combined.
- Cook over direct heat of grill or preheated grill pan/griddle about 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Add sliced cheese and leave for just a minute to melt slightly.
- Top burgers with bacon and your favorite burger toppings.
- Place avocados, garlic, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and lime juice in a blender and pulse until creamy and fully combined. (If you don't have a blender, you can also mash together by hand.)
- To store leftovers or until ready to use, place in a bowl and smooth top and drizzle with a little extra lime juice to keep from browning; cover surface of aioli directly with a piece of plastic wrap.
