8 tablespoons

- In a large mixing bowl, add egg, bread crumbs, ground chicken, onion, garlic, dill, parsley, salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Preheat your indoor grill to 350°F or medium-high.**
- If you want your cheese melted on top of the burger patty, also preheat your broiler to high heat for melting the cheese.
- Form the chicken mixture into 4 equal patties about 1/2" thick.
- Place on the grill surface, close top and cook until internal temperature of each burger patty reaches 165°F.
- Remove from grill surface, and brush each burger on all sides with your favorite hot sauce.
- Place each burger on a broiler safe pan, apply a slice of cheese to each burger, and place under the broiler about 5" from the heat source to melt the cheese. (Watch closely so the cheese doesn't burn!)
- Assemble the burger by spreading 1 tablespoon of blue cheese dressing on each side of each bun, place burger on bottom bun, sprinkle scallion slices over cheese, and then top with sliced tomatoes, lettuce and the top bun.
