medium red potatoes, diced evenly
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1/2 tablespoon
garlic powder
1 teaspoon
salt
1/2 tablespoon
smoked paprika
2 teaspoons
thyme
  1. Wash potatoes and dice evenly.
  2. Toss them with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Place in air fryer, being careful not to overlap.
  4. Air fry at 385°F for 20 to 25 minutes.

dry mustard
2 teaspoons dry parsley
1/2 tablespoon
brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon
adobo
1 tablespoon
tomato paste
2 tablespoons
barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
5-6 oz
shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. While the potatoes are cooking in the air fryer, combine all of the dry ingredients in a small bowl: paprika, onion powder, mustard, parsley, brown sugar, salt, and adobo.
  2. Dice the chicken breasts into small cubes and add seasoning to evenly coat the chicken pieces.
  3. In an oven safe large skillet on medium high heat, add the olive oil.
  4. Once the oil heats up, place the chicken into the pan and cook on medium-high for 3-4 minutes each side.
  5. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
  6. Then add the tomato paste and barbecue sauce.
  7. Stir this while cooking for one to two minutes, then add the potatoes and cheese.
  8. Place the skillet in the oven on 400°F until the cheese has melted, around 5 to 10 minutes.
