Asian Marinated Drumsticks

Springer Mountain Farms Drumsticks
1/3 cup
Soy sauce
1/4 cup
Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon
Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon
Honey
2 teaspooons
Grated fresh garlic or 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
- Place drumsticks in a disposable storage bag.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, honey and ginger and mix well to coat chicken.
- Place in refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spray a baking dish/pan with non-stick cooking spray and place drumsticks in pan.
- Pour marinade over the drumsticks.
- Bake for approximately 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
- Using a silicone brush, brush glaze from bottom of pan over drumsticks prior to service and garnish with chopped green onion slices and toasted sesame seeds.
