Chicken Sausage Patties
1 lb
1 teaspoon
thyme
1/2 teaspoon
sage
1 teaspoon
sea salt
1/2 teaspoon
black pepper
1 tablespoon
minced onion
- In a medium size bowl, mix the ground chicken with all of the dry seasonings.
- Form the meat into eight round sausage patties.
- Place the patties into the basket in a single layer, making sure to leave room in between each one.
- Air fry the patties at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes making sure to flip halfway through.
- The sausage patties will be done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- You can freeze the leftovers in a freezer safe bag for up to three months. These can also be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days.
- If you are cooking a frozen patty in the air fryer just add an additional 2 to 4 minutes to the cooking time.
- If you do not have an air fryer, simply place the sausage patties on a baking sheet and bake in the oven on 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
