Manchego Chicken Pizza
1 lb
Prepared Gluten Free dough (homemade or commercially prepared)
1/4 cup
Cornmeal
2 cups
Red or green salsa
2 cups
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup
Manchego cheese, grated
2 cups
Springer Mountain Farms Fully Cooked Fresh Breast Slices*
1 cup
Corn kernels**

Avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
1/4
Red onion, sliced
Hot sauce, optional
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Grease a large sheet pan with oil and sprinkle cornmeal evenly over the bottom of the baking pan.
- Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface or silicon mat.
- Transfer dough to the baking pan, and press the edges of the dough into the corners.
- Brush the dough with oil or melted butter if desired (optional).
- Spread salsa over the the dough almost to the edges.
- Add the remaining ingredients in the order they are listed.
- Bake pizza for 15-20 minutes or until crust browns and cheeses are melted.
- Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
- Slice and serve!
