Manchego Chicken Pizza

1 lb
Prepared Gluten Free dough (homemade or commercially prepared)
1/4 cup
Cornmeal
2 cups
Red or green salsa
2 cups
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup
Manchego cheese, grated
2 cups
Springer Mountain Farms Fully Cooked Fresh Breast Slices*
1 cup
Corn kernels**
1
Avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
1/4
Red onion, sliced
Hot sauce, optional
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Grease a large sheet pan with oil and sprinkle cornmeal evenly over the bottom of the baking pan.
  3. Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface or silicon mat.
  4. Transfer dough to the baking pan, and press the edges of the dough into the corners.
  5. Brush the dough with oil or melted butter if desired (optional).
  6. Spread salsa over the the dough almost to the edges.
  7. Add the remaining ingredients in the order they are listed.
  8. Bake pizza for 15-20 minutes or until crust browns and cheeses are melted.
  9. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
  10. Slice and serve!
