Chicken Burger

                        - Heat indoor grill pan or light outside grill.
 - Add Springer Mountain Farms Ground Chicken, minced garlic, bread crumbs, minced pepper, egg, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, salt and pepper to a large bowl and mix well.
 - Gently add in avocado chunks and shape into desired size patties.
 - Grill 5-7 minutes on an indoor grill/pan or an outside grill at medium-high heat, or until the internal temperature of the burger reaches 165°F degrees.
 - Serve with sriracha aioli on your favorite burger bun!

                                    1/2 teaspoon                                
                                
                                    Kosher salt                                
                                                                
                                    1 cup                                
                                
                                    Prepared mayonnaise                                
                                                                
                                    2 tablespoons                                
                                
                                    Sriracha sauce or to taste (less if you don't like spicy or more if you want to punch it up!)                                
                                
                        Sriracha Aioli
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Adjust seasonings and sriracha as necessary for desired taste.
